I’ve worked the front desk, trained clients, led as a head coach, managed studios, and overseen operations. My unique perspective gives me an edge most consultants don’t have—I understand the weight business owners carry on their shoulders, and I also know what their team is experiencing because I’ve lived it.

Background

I’ve spent over 20 years in the fitness industry, from managing big box gyms to helping scale Orangetheory Fitness from a small boutique concept into a global brand. Along the way, I saw firsthand how the right blend of leadership, sales, and systems can transform a studio into a thriving, scalable business—without losing the culture and community that make boutique fitness special.

After a brief step outside the industry in real estate and later working alongside leaders like Dean Graziosi and Tony Robbins, I realized my passion has always been helping business owners and their teams succeed. I understand the weight studio owners carry—investing their time, energy, and money while feeling stuck in the day-to-day. That’s why I created the Next Level Method: to give owners clarity and freedom while equipping their teams to confidently step up and lead.

What sets my approach apart is simple—I’ve done every job in the studio. From the front desk to coaching, management, and operations, I understand both sides of the business. I bridge the gap between owners and teams so systems don’t just exist—they’re followed, owned, and executed.
